Danilo graduated from the University of Brasília with a degree in Law and went on to obtain a First Class LLM in International Law from the University of Cambridge, Wolfson College.
Prior to working at PGMBM, Danilo worked as a UNDP Consultant to the 8th World Water Forum, as a Law Clerk at Brazil’s Superior Electoral Tribunal (TSE) and as the International Assistant to a National High Court (STJ) Justice.
Danilo’s main areas of interest include International Environmental Law, Business & Human Rights, and International Law of Global Governance. Danilo has published several academic articles and edited two books.
Danilo has lived in El Salvador, Germany, Chile, Brazil and the UK, and his passion for International Law also took him to China, Morocco, Japan, and the USA. He was also one of three Youth speakers to address the 1st UN World Interfaith Harmony Day Conference in Dubai, where he spoke about his volunteer work in promoting intercultural harmony in his community in Brazil. He speaks Portuguese, English and Spanish fluently, and has basic knowledge of French and German.
