Christopher graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Law and went on to complete the LPC at the University of Law.
Christopher is a Senior Associate at PGMBM, specialising in corporate accountability and group actions.
Christopher joined PGMBM in 2019 to work on the firm’s pioneering case against BHP: the Fundao Dam collapse. The 2015 collapse resulted in Brazil’s worst environmental disaster, with BHP now facing a $5bn (£3.8bn) claim for damages. He also assists on a number of high-profile international cases.
He is an experienced litigator with a wealth of experience acting for claimants in group and multi-party litigation, as well as complex commercial, product liability, clinical negligence and personal injury disputes. During his career, Christopher also successfully managed a team which specialised in pursuing financial irregularity claims, arising from the mis-selling of payment protection insurance and other financial products, against financial institutions – recovering millions of pounds for his clients.
Christopher has excellent commercial instincts and is relentless in the pursuit of his client’s interests. He has a reputation of consistently forging solid client relationships and prides himself on being someone that his clients can rely on. Having drawn high levels of praise from a variety of sources, Christopher was shortlisted for ‘Rising Star Award’ at the Modern Claims Awards 2017.
