Emma qualified as a solicitor of England and Wales in September 2011 and specialises in commercial litigation.
Prior to joining PGMBM Emma acted on a broad range of complex commercial disputes across Guernsey, Cayman and the British Virgin Islands. While based in Guernsey, Emma was involved in the successful defence of a liquidator’s claim surrounding the collapse of a US$22 billion hedge fund in the longest and most complex trial in Guernsey legal history. She has advised and acted for a range of clients including banks, liquidators, high net worth individuals, trustees, beneficiaries and trust companies.
At PGMBM, Emma’s main area of focus has been the firm’s emissions cases against a range of car manufacturers.
