Livia graduated from the Federal University of Sao Joao del Rei- MG (UFSJ) with a degree in History and holds a CIPD Level 5 Certificate in Human Resources Management.
She has worked in many organisations from different segments and in multicultural environments. With over 9 years of experience in training and management, Livia has played an important role when helping people developing their skills and improving organisations processes. Livia has supported several organisations in Brazil on developing their training programs. In England, she has focused her career on assisting companies setting up their internal HR function and implementing new HR strategies before she joined PGMBM.
At PGMBM, Livia has personally led the implementation of its HR department, supporting the integration with our international peers and working on supporting the firm’s strategy for its personnel.
Livia is a persistent campaigner for gender equality in business, education and social justice.
