Marylène graduated from the University of Lyon with a degree in Law and holds a master’s degree in Law, Medicine and Healthcare from the University of Liverpool.
Marylène’s LLM dissertation proposed a study and reflection on the male-dominated area of Mental Health Law and the use of its mechanisms which could demonstrate an underlying bias against female service users of the mental health services.
An advocate for social justice, she is passionate about helping others and particularly supporting individuals and their families who have been victims of negligence from medical practitioners. Currently, Marylène is assisting on the Transvaginal Mesh case. She has also been assisting as a Paralegal on the Volkswagen Emission Scandal and the British Airways Data Breach claims for over a year.
As a French national, Marylène is able to bring a valuable European perspective.
