Carmen graduated from the University of Granada and is a qualified Spanish Lawyer. She holds a Master’s degree in Trademark, Patents & Intellectual Property from OBS Business School and the University of Barcelona, which she completed with distinction.
Prior to joining PGMBM, Carmen worked as an in-house Paralegal at an Outlet European company and as a Spanish Associate at a London-based Spanish Law firm, where she covered a variety of cross-borders matters in Commercial, Corporate, IP and Litigation inboth Spanish and English jurisdictions. Previously, she worked as a Junior Lawyer in Spain as well as in administrative positions at several large companies in the financial sector. In her litigation experience, Carmen focused on debt recovery and personal injury cases and recovered significant amounts of compensation.
Carmen joined PGMBM in 2021 and is working on the British Airways data breach compensation claim.
