Christopher graduated from Kingston University with a degree in Law and went on to complete the LPC at the University of Law.
Christopher is a Senior Associate at PGMBM, specialising in corporate accountability and group actions.
Christopher joined PGMBM in 2019 to work on the firm’s pioneering case against BHP: the Fundão Dam collapse. The 2015 collapse resulted in Brazil’s worst environmental disaster, with BHP now facing a $5bn (£3.8bn) claim for damages. He also assists on a number of high-profile international cases.
He is an experienced litigator with a wealth of experience acting for claimants in group and multi-party litigation, as well as complex commercial, product liability, clinical negligence, and personal injury disputes. During his career, Christopher also successfully managed a team which specialised in pursuing financial irregularity claims against financial institutions arising from the mis-selling of payment protection insurance and other financial products,– recovering millions of pounds for his clients.
Christopher has excellent commercial instincts and is relentless in the pursuit of his client’s interests. He has a reputation of consistently forging solid client relationships and prides himself on being someone that his clients can rely on. Having drawn high levels of praise from a variety of sources, Christopher was shortlisted for ‘Rising Star Award’ at the Modern Claims Awards 2017.
