Daniel completed his law degree at Durham University before undertaking a masters in law at the University of Cambridge, where he achieved First Class Honours and won several academic prizes.
Daniel initially joined PGMBM in 2018 but left in 2019 to complete his masters. He re-joined the firm in October 2020.
Daniel’s work at PGMBM has focused on the VW NOx Emissions Litigation. Intrigued by complex commercial and consumer disputes, he enjoys the scale, technicality, and international dimensions of the case.
Daniel’s interests also lie in the field of international human rights law and he has previously co-authored advisory research reports for the Inter-American Court of Human Rights.
