David graduated from the Franklin Pierce University and Clayton State University with degrees in International Business. David undertook the Costs Lawyer training course and passed the exams with the highest mark of all who sat it, scoring 89%.
David has 20 years’ experience as a Costs Draftsman/Costs Lawyer and currently works as Head of Costs and Head of Operations at PGMBM. He has previously worked at multiple highly regarded costs practices. He is experienced in a wide selection of aspects of law including Legal Aid Matrimonial matters, GLO’s, High Value Commercial Litigation, Clinical Negligence, Brain Injury, Costs Budgets – Precedent H, CCMC’s, Serious injury CAT/PI costs, EL, PL, OL, Industrial Disease, Travel Law, RTAs, Predictive, MOJ/Portal costs and Enforcement. He has experience working with both claimant and defendant costs and has honed his advocacy skills at county court and SCCO level.
He has been managing high performing costs teams for the past fifteen years and has the ability to grow teams and increase profit margins considerably.
