A seasoned trial attorney and former prosecutor, Joshua Kushner’s practice focusses on representing victims of international corporate human rights abuses, environmental disasters, and corporate data breaches in US Courts and arbitral forums around the world. His extensive international litigation experience includes management of complex cross-border investigations, international commercial arbitrations, international judgment enforcement campaigns, FCPA investigations and defense, and international white-collar criminal defense matters.
In his role as senior litigation counsel for the firm’s Miami office, Joshua serves as a critical member of PGMBM’s international commercial arbitration practice and oversees the firm’s aggressive Section 1782 discovery practice. Through the latter, Joshua offers clients and firm partners the opportunity to take advantage of valuable U.S. discovery mechanisms in support of foreign litigation issues.
Outside of the firm, Joshua is a professor of criminal justice in South Florida. He also serves on the faculty for the National Institute of Trial Advocacy and as a trainer for state and local law enforcement agencies in Florida.
