Thais is a Brazilian Qualified lawyer whose career was internationally focused from the start. She graduated with a First Class Law degree in Brazil, and during that period she spend a semester abroad in France to emerge in EU Law, developing a comparative study of Brazilian and French law.
She is currently an LL.M Candidate at Queen Mary University of London, in the field of Arbitration, which is her major passion. Thais is a fierce advocate for women’s rights, being a part of the Editorial Board of Lazy Women, a new platform of female writers all over the globe. Moreover, she is an Executive Officer at Lex Anglo-Brasil, an association committed to strengthening ties between the UK and Brazil.
Thais is fluent in Portuguese, English and French, and aims to develop a career that allows her to deal daily and successfully with the different expectations and cultural background of the parties involved.
