Zoha graduated with a LLB Law Degree from SOAS University of London in 2018, finishing in the top 5% of her undergraduate class. Upon completing her LLM and LPC from BPP Law School, with specialisms in commercial law and litigation, Zoha joined PGMBM to further explore international litigation. Zoha’s Master’s thesis centred on introducing legal reforms to tackle present day challenges relating to safeguarding the rights of individuals on online platforms.
Passionate about ensuring access to justice, Zoha has extensive experience in pro-bono work with particular focus on issues relating to property, housing, immigration and human rights. Through this work, Zoha has offered help to individuals who otherwise would have no access to the legal advice they require.
Zoha is currently working on one of the firm’s major Group Litigations: the Mercedes Benz Emissions group action, and is helping to defend individual’s rights through claimant-based litigation. The work she is doing strongly aligns with her core values of accountability of large multinational corporations.
